These positions offer great frontline exposure to retail and customer service. The RRG will provide training from our experienced department managers to assist with your introduction to an exciting career in retail. Once you are a member of he RRG team you will be eligible for a staff discount card (after a qualifying period) which gives you 5% discount on purchases at all stores (conditions apply see instore for details)

Assistant Department Managers in the following areas

The RRG will also provide training with Government accredited Retail Certificates to assist you on your way to the next step. These positions will also provide the stepping stone to the next important position with in our stores,

A Department Manager in the following areas.

• Meat Department

As part of the ongoing training commitments, the RRG will also offer Government accredited Frontline Management courses to potential Department Managers.

Once you have successfully completed your role as a department manager, you may still have that burning desire to achieve more. These positions are the most important in every store, and this is where your real talent, flair and initiative will make a significant contribution to the success of the supermarket.

In all management positions the RRG will offer excellent salary and conditions depending on experience.

Beyond the store management team, there are other opportunities which may be offered to outstanding team members as they become available. These may include positions in supervision of specific departments or as an area manager.
