Traineeships are a perfect vehicle for you to achieve job satisfaction and increase the opportunities for advancement with the Romeo organisation.

Traineeships are conducted as on the job training along with some theory and practical modules. Retail Traineeships are nationally recognised with the qualifications allowing participants to gain a valuable insight into this exciting, fast paced industry.

Entry level traineeships may commence with a Certificate II in retail operations, through to a Certificate IV in Retail and Frontline Management for department managers and store managers.

Traineeships are offered to suitable employees at no cost to you. A traineeship enables a person to work while earning an income.

The traineeships cover areas such as

• Customer service
• Merchandising
• Occupational Health and Safety

The Certificate IV in Retail Management will prepare you for the challenging but exciting role of a Department Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

We also have opportunities for Butcher Apprenticeships in our meat departments. This is an area where you can learn a trade which is recognised nationally.
